Here are the pics from our 2013 California adventure in February. Whether you live there or not, when you think of California,
it evokes a lot of pictures in our minds. But this is a little off the beaten track. Sarita and I spent an amazing two weeks
with family and friends. Dinner at the Outback with all of our Outback Staff friends at the Poway Outback! Dinner with my boys,
Tim & Brian, and Brian's girlfriend, Jade, at the Fish Market in Del Mar. Dinner with San Diego friends, Peter and his wife, Carol,
and John & Joyce at the Barrel Room in Rancho Bernardo. Dinner at Carver's in Rancho Bernardo with wonderful friends, Gail and
Judy & her husband, Mike. Sarita and I had Valentine's Day dinner at Cafe Luna on Carmel Mountain Road. We then drove to Paso Robles
to an amazing Bed & Breakfast retreat called Belvino Viaggio. You have to check this place out - a slice of heaven! We met our TPI
friends, Matt & Alana, and David & Veronica who hosted a dinner for us at Justin Winery! Then we drove up to Carmel to the Tickle Pink Inn
and had a wonderful visit with longtime friends, Dave & Frances! Next we drove down the coast to Cayucos and stayed with my brother,
Pat, and sister-in-law Geri, and my sister, Sue, for several days - an awesome California adventure!

Family Fotofun

Carmel-Cayucos 2012
In February, Tim & Sarita celebrated the 8th Anniversary of their engagement at the Tickle Pink Inn in Carmel, CA.
This was their 8th consecutive year at this spectacular B&B on the cliffs of the Pacific Coast.
While there, they hiked all over the Point Lobos Wildlife Preserve and captured some of the beauty shown in this slide show.
After a 3 hour drive down HWY 1 and a stop in Lucia, they joined their friends that they have met every year at TPI in Cayucos and stayed at the Cass House B&B.
We gathered for sunset each night at Pat & Geri's awesome beach house for wine, food, and fun. Tim's siblings, Sue, Maureen, and Pat made the weekend even more special.

Santa Fe
In October of 2011, Tim & Sarita spent a day and a half in Santa Fe which was not enough time.
We stayed at the Inn on Alameda which had a nice wine and cheese happy hour. Dinner and a glass
of wine on the roof of the La Fonda Inn was spectacular. We really need to go back and spend
some more time in this very colorful and photogenic city.

A Bite Out of the Big Apple
In September of 2011, Tim & Sarita traveled to New York with friends.
Join us on our adventure as we visit Times Square, the Andrea Bocelli Live in Central Park concert, the 9/11 Memorial,
Little Italy, Wall Street, Staten Island Ferry, Liberty Island and climb into the Pedestal of the Statue of Liberty,
the Empire State Building, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and awesome views from the Top of the Rock at the Rockefeller Center.

2010 Summer Solstice Marks the First Day of Summer

Once in a Blue Moon
The full moon on New Years Eve was a "Blue Moon".
The second full moon in a month is called a "Blue Moon". On average, there will be 41 months that have two Full Moons in every century,
so you could say that once in a Blue Moon actually means once every two-and-a-half years. The next scheduled blue moon is August 2, 2012.
The long line of lights in the lower right part of the photo is the fence in our backyard in El Paso taken on New Year's Eve.
